Ceiling Options

Wood Ceilings are standard

• Stain is standard - an Upgraded Stain color
• Paint is optional - same color as structure

Vinyl Ceiling is optional

• No additional cost
• Same color structure
• Note: The customer may need to have a portion of the vinyl ceiling removed so inspector can view the rafter-to-beam connection.

Column Options

• 8x8 Square Vinyl is standard
• 12x12 Square Fiberglass is an option - painted same color as structure

Paint Options

• Almond & Clay are painted colors in the Caribbean pavilion if columns are standard 8x8 vinyl. The fascia, beams, and coordinating trims are painted. The columns, column trim, and vinyl ceiling are colored vinyl. 
• If columns are upgraded to the 12x12 Fiberglass, colored Palight trim (non-painted) is used for the fascia, beams, and coordinating trim.  These colors are Sand and Clay.

• Electrical Package (one receptacle and switch on the same post; one drop-down  wire from the center of the ceiling)
